We collect two types of information from visitors and customers. These two types of information are: “Non Specific Customer Information” and “Specific Customer Information”. Outlined below is a breakdown of what each is.

Non Specific Customer Information:

This information is in the form of computer identification and browsing patterns. For example we will obtain the IP address of a surfer to help us better understand geographical locations of our visitors. We also collect the URL (website) that visitors arrive from, and where they leave to. This will help us better understand the browsing patterns of surfers.

Specific Customer Information:

This type of information is only gathered when you enter personal information or supply it to us. For example in an email, or when you register an account, or enter your email address for a contest/promotion. We will never sell or redistribute your information in any way. We use this information to help us ship your order, and process your order. Or to send you updates if you have provided your email address to us. This information is kept inside of our systems to make reorders simple.

Where is information collected and where is it used?

We collect information via form boxes on our websites. If you enter a contest/promotion or purchase a product from us, we store your information in our secure servers.
We use this information to send you periodic updates and news, or simply to just ship your product to you.

Who is collecting the information?

The direct related information to our services are collected and maintained by ASM Marketing Inc. Specific and Non Specific information is collected and maintained by us. Third Parties:A third party such as an advertiser (banner ads) may collect information. However we are not responsible for the information that they collect. This may be in the form of cookies, URL tracking or more.

Who do we share this information with?

Specific and Non Specific information may be shared with our Statistics and analysis company. They are responsible for viewing geographic locations and analyzing buying patterns and areas of interest. To change any of your information such as email address or physical address, please login to your account. We provide you with the ability to update your personal information at any time. If you would no longer like to have your information on file, you can request that we remove it by going to our Contact page and requesting this from our support team.

What security is in place to ensure no personal information is compromised?

Our main systems do not store your personal information. Any credit card or banking information is stored and processed by third party sources, trusted credit card billing companies. Any physical addresses or email addresses are stored and protected physically.
